Our HR Admin Dashboard is now faster and smarter.
Post the revamp, HRs have been easily monitoring employee benefits, tracking claims, and staying on top of their CD balances.
We have also integrated with 50+ more partners, including TPAs, insurers, and HRMS software.
So, now it is easy for the HRs to have total clarity on the active employees, generating health cards is just a click away, access to overall claim analysis reports and CD balance alerts that ensure that you are never suffering.
Automating this process has eliminated any room for errors. We solved the challenging problem of downloading, printing, and eventually filling out the form, which led to mistakes.
At last, some error-free form filling to make the claim process faster.
We knew one-size-doesn't-fit all, so we gave the power of choice in insurance and wellness, and HRs & employees loved it.
We launched FLEX to transform how employees experience health benefits; they are choosing what they want in their workplace health plan.
This has led to better adoption of benefits. Employees are more conscious about their health plans and have chosen plans that best suit their needs.

We resolved around 2000+ queries with an average TAT of 5 min per query.
Our app is a testament of simplifying the employee benefits experience from a customer's journey of verifying their dependents to getting their claims passed, all in one app.
Highlighting some of the big partners that grew and strengthened our Paz ecosystem.
🔥 We hosted 30+ wellness sessions and they were attended by 1 lakh+ clients.
💚 Organised 30+ health screening camps at client locations attended by 10,000 employees and saved around 50 lakhs for our clients.
🏥 Organized 20+ in office wellness sessions and saved around 3 lakhs to organize these sessions for our clients.
