At Pazcare, we’ve always believed that scaling a company is not just about numbers it’s about building the right leadership foundation to unlock the next phase of growth. Today, I’m thrilled to share an important milestone in our journey.
We are elevating Aditya Malik to the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Aditya joined us as SVP – Revenue Growth and has been instrumental in building our revenue engine from the ground up. Under his leadership, we’ve seen record-breaking growth in deal volume, sharper sales motions, and a stronger culture of accountability within the team. As CRO, Aditya will now lead our end-to-end revenue strategy — from new business acquisition and account growth to market expansion. His focus will remain clear: delivering measurable health outcomes for employees while ensuring sustained growth for Pazcare.
Welcome Two New Leaders
Alongside this, I’m also excited to welcome:
- Arpit Rungta as SVP – Customer Success: Arpit will spearhead client success, retention, and cross-sell initiatives, ensuring every employer sees tangible health and wellness outcomes for their teams. Arpit comes from a very strong background of working with companies like BCG, HighRadius & is an IIT Kharagpur graduate
- Abhishek Goyal in a senior leadership role to drive new growth avenues, partnerships, and ecosystem collaborations. Ex- Co-founder of Logipe brings the entrepreneurial spirit in the company as we plan to build an aggressive growth firm at scale
How Pazcare is Growing
Over the past couple of years, Pazcare has grown 5x, serving over 2,000 companies including enterprises like Mamaearth, Mindtickle, and Chaayos. With strong market tailwinds and rising demand from customers on primary and preventive care for their employees, we are perfectly positioned as the top player in healthcare benefits and insurance. Our leverage of AI-driven workflows, combined with a vastly superior customer experience, is creating a delta that is unmatched compared to traditional providers.
With growth in revenue, we are also able to show strong EBITDA improvement and have turned contribution margin positive. This highlights the high operating leverage of our business — meaning every incremental win makes us stronger, more profitable, and better positioned to invest back into our people, product, and customers. The expanded leadership team is a step to help us deliver on this vision at scale and with speed.
Our Mission: Healthcare First, Not Just Insurance
At Pazcare, we’ve always seen insurance as a feature — but the core is healthcare. We’re doubling down on preventive health, habit-forming wellness programs, OPD and primary care, and AI-driven claims experiences that are faster, more transparent, and more employee-friendly.
Over the next 12 months, our focus will be clear:
- Expand preventive healthcare with habit-forming programs.
- Strengthen partnerships to broaden benefit delivery.
- Enhance AI-powered claims for speed and transparency.
I’m deeply grateful to our team, our customers, and our partners who continue to trust us. With Aditya, Arpit, and Abhishek strengthening the leadership bench, Pazcare is well positioned to scale faster and go deeper into our mission: making employee healthcare simple, proactive, and impactful
