Intimate about the hospitalisation to the insurer/TPA within 24 hours, in case of emergency and at least 3 days prior in case of a planned hospitalisation.

Provide the proof of identity - policy number/health insurance ID card, company ID and a valid unique govt. ID card.

Submit the pre-authorization form

Fill out the pre-authorization form/cashless claim form and submit it to the network hospital.

Claim settlement
