Health India TPA, also known as HealthIndia Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd is an IRDAI-approved Third Party Administrator in India licensed in the year 2002. The TPA has more than 8600+ hospitals on their hospital list and has 29 branches present in the country. They provide cashless hospitalization services to the policyholders, facilitate medical check-ups for the clients of the insurance companies and many more services are offered by the Health India TPA.

Health India TPA claim status

The Health India TPA claim status can be viewed using the following process.

Step 1: Visit https://healthindiatpa.com/CustomerCorner/ClaimStatus.aspx 

Step 2: Choose the type, Corporate insurance for employees. Then enter your employee code, and group code or enter the Health India TPA Id number along with the date of discharge.

Step 3: Submit the following details and the claim status will be displayed.

Step 4: In most cases, the claim status will be intimated through SMS / email to your registered phone number or email address.

Check the list of network hospitals

Firstly, make sure the hospital you get treated from is available either on insurers or the Health India TPA hospital list.

Produce your ID cards

Produce your insurance ID card, and corporate ID card along with your unique identity card like the voter ID/Aadhar card and verify the identity at the hospital

Initiate cashless request

Fill out the pre-authorization form at the hospital and the hospital will initiate the cashless claim request to the Health India TPA.

4

Issue cashless authorization

Upon verification, Health India TPA will issue the cashless request and the member has to sign the final bill before leaving the hospital.

Intimate the TPA

Intimate the Health India TPA within 24 hours of admission to the non-network hospital.

Collect the original documents

Collect originals of hospital bills, duly filled claim form, prescriptions, discharge summary, etc for filing the claim.

Submit the documents

Submit the relevant documents to the Health India TPA and file for the reimbursement claim.

4

Claim approval

Upon verification, Health India TPA will approve your claim and your claim status will be updated to you.
