Paramount TPA claim status
The Paramount claim status can be viewed using the following process.
Step 1: Visit https://www.paramounttpa.com/PolicyClaim/PolyClaimStatus.aspx
Step 2: Choose your insurance company from the drop-down box.
Step 3: Enter the policy type, then the employee ID followed by the type of hospitalisation.
Step 4: Submit the following details and the claim status will be displayed.
Step 5: In most cases, the claim status will be intimated through SMS / email to your registered phone number or email address.

Paramount TPA Login
Here are the steps to follow for the Paramount TPA login for employees for group health insurance
- Visit the Paramount TPA home page and on the bottom left corner choose the dropdown login and choose corporate login.
- Enter the username and password shared by Paramount TPA limited during your enrollment process. These details are communicated to your corporate email id.
- Under this, you can access the Paramount TPA id card, and TPA unique id number, raise a claim, check the claim status, download the Paramount TPA id card, etc.
- You can also directly access the Paramount TPA corporate login page.

Paramount TPA claim process

Check the list of network hospitals
Firstly, make sure the hospital you get treated from is available either on insurers or Paramount hospital list.

Produce your ID cards
Produce your insurance ID card, and corporate ID card along with your unique identity card like the voter ID/Aadhar card and verify the identity at the hospital.

Initiate cashless request
Fill out the pre-authorization form at the hospital and the hospital will initiate the cashless claim request to the Paramount TPA.

Issue cashless authorization
Upon verification, Paramount TPA will issue the cashless request and the member has to sign the final bill before leaving the hospital.

Intimate the TPA
Intimate the Paramount TPA within 24 hours of admission to the non-network hospital

Collect the original documents
Collect originals of hospital bills, duly filled claim form, prescriptions, discharge summary, etc for filing the claim.

Submit the documents
Submit the relevant documents to the Paramount TPA and file for the reimbursement claim.

Claim approval
Upon verification, Paramount TPA will approve your claim and your claim status will be updated to you.
