Raksha TPA claim status

The Raksha claim status can be viewed using the following process.

Step 1: Visit https://www.rakshatpa.com/WebPortal/Login/Anonymous/checkClaim 

Step 2: Choose any option from Member ID, claim number, employee number or policy number to get the claim details

Step 3: Submit the following details and the claim status will be displayed.

Step 4: In most cases, the claim status will be intimated through SMS / email to your registered phone number or email address.

Raksha TPA Login

Here are the steps to follow for the Raksha TPA login for employees for group medical insurance

  1. Visit the Raksha TPA home page and from the login dropdown, choose the option corporate employee from the top right corner.
  2. Under that please enter the username, corporate name and password shared by Raksha TPA limited during your enrollment process. These details are communicated to your corporate email id.
  3. Once logged in you can access and download the Raksha TPA id card, check the TPA unique id number, raise a claim, check the claim status, etc.

Check the list of network hospitals

Firstly, make sure the hospital you get treated from is available either on insurers or Raksha hospital list.

Produce your ID cards

Produce your insurance ID card, and corporate ID card along with your unique identity card like the voter ID/Aadhar card and verify the identity at the hospital.

Initiate cashless request

Fill out the pre-authorization form at the hospital and the hospital will initiate the cashless claim request to the Raksha TPA.

Issue cashless authorization

Upon verification, Raksha TPA will issue the cashless request and the member has to sign the final bill before leaving the hospital.

Intimate the TPA

Intimate the Raksha TPA within 24 hours of admission to the non-network hospital

Collect the original documents

Collect originals of hospital bills, duly filled claim form, prescriptions, discharge summary, etc for filing the claim.

Submit the documents

Submit the relevant documents to the Raksha TPA and file for the reimbursement claim.

Issue cashless authorization

Upon verification, Raksha TPA will issue the cashless request and the member has to sign the final bill before leaving the hospital.
