Medi Assist claim status
The Medi Assist claim status can be viewed using the following process.
Step 1: Visit https://www.medibuddy.in/claim
Step 2: Choose from claim ID, employee ID or Medi Assist ID. Choose one of the following.
Step 3: Enter the following details - your full name and date of hospitalisation
Step 4: Submit the following details and the claim status will be displayed.
Step 5: In most cases, the claim status will be intimated through SMS / email to your registered phone number or email address.

Medi Assist TPA Login
Here are the steps to follow for the Medi Assist TPA login for employees for group medical insurance
- Visit the Medi Assist TPA home page and choose the option corporate from the top right corner.
- Choose the option Medi Assist TPA corporate login. Or directly visit the Medi Assist TPA corporate login
- Under that please enter the username and password shared by Medi Assist TPA limited during your enrollment process. These details are communicated to your corporate email id.
- Once logged in you can access and download the Medi Assist TPA id card, check the TPA unique id number, raise a claim, check the claim status, etc.

Medi Assist claim process

Check the list of network hospitals
Firstly, make sure the hospital you get treated from is available either on insurers or Medi Assist hospital list.

Produce your ID cards
Produce your insurance ID card, and corporate ID card along with your unique identity card like the voter ID/Aadhar card and verify the identity at the hospital

Initiate cashless request
Fill out the pre-authorization form at the hospital and the hospital will initiate the cashless claim request to the Medi Assist TPA.

Issue cashless authorization
Upon verification, Medi Assist TPA will issue the cashless request and the member has to sign the final bill before leaving the hospital.

Intimate the TPA
Intimate the Medi Assist TPA within 24 hours of admission to the non-network hospital

Collect the original documents
Collect originals of hospital bills, duly filled claim form, prescriptions, discharge summary, etc for filing the claim.

Submit the documents
Submit the relevant documents to the Medi Assist TPA and file for the reimbursement claim.

Claim approval
Upon verification, Medi Assist TPA will approve your claim and your claim status will be updated to you.
