The Vidal Health claim status can be viewed using the following process.

Step 1: Visit https://tips.vidalhealthtpa.com/vidalhealth/ 

Step 2: Enter any of the following information from enrollment ID / pre-authorization number/claim number/mobile number/email ID to get the claim details

Step 3: Submit the following details and the claim status will be displayed.

Step 4: In most cases, the claim status will be intimated through SMS / email to your registered phone number or email address. Alternatively, you can call customer care and enquire about your Vidal Health Insurance TPA claim status.

Vidal Health TPA Login

Here are the steps to follow for the Vidal Health TPA login for employees for group health insurance

  1. Visit the Vidal Health TPA home page and on the top right corner, access the section Login.
  2. Under that please select employee login
  3. Enter the enrollment id, pre-authorization number, claim number or mobile number to proceed with the login process.
  4. Under this, you can access the TPA id card, and TPA unique id number, raise a claim, check the claim status, download the Vidal Health TPA id card, etc.

Check the list of network hospitals

Firstly, make sure the hospital you get treated from is available either on insurers or Vidal Health hospital list.

Produce your ID cards

Produce your insurance ID card, and corporate ID card along with your unique identity card like the voter ID/Aadhar card and verify the identity at the hospital.

Initiate cashless request

Fill out the pre-authorization form at the hospital and the hospital will initiate the cashless claim request to the Vidal Health TPA.

Issue cashless authorization

Upon verification, Vidal Health TPA will issue the cashless request and the member has to sign the final bill before leaving the hospital.

Intimate the TPA

Intimate the Vidal Health TPA within 24 hours of admission to the non-network hospital

Collect the original documents

Collect originals of hospital bills, duly filled claim form, prescriptions, discharge summary, etc for filing the claim.

Submit the documents

Submit the relevant documents to the Vidal Health TPA and file for the reimbursement claim.

Claim approval

Upon verification, Vidal Health TPA will approve your claim and your claim status will be updated to you.
